Ula Ogunleye, codenamed Bullet, emerged from an ordinary suburban upbringing into a life of extraordinary secrecy and covert operations. Born into a family of architects and nurses, her path took an unexpected turn when her mother unwittingly became a subject of a doctors evil gene-altering experiments during pregnancy.

As Ula matured, latent abilities manifested, marked by short instances of glittery, metallic skin. Her military journey commenced soon after high school, leading her to excel in various special forces missions as a member of the elite Specter Squadron. Unbeknownst to her, the full extent of her powers was revealed during a mission gone awry, prompting her recruitment into C.L.O.A.K. by the enigmatic leader, Rashidi.

Under Rashidi's guidance, Ula honed her powers, mastering the art of selectively transforming her body into invulnerable metal. Her superhuman agility, paired with her ability to run at exceptional speeds, earned her the codename Bullet within C.L.O.A.K. This black ops division specialized in defending the innocent, extracting high-value targets, and recovering sensitive information.

Outside the shadows, Ula remains connected to her siblings, Amara and Caleb. Her high school friendship with Jayson, aka The Star Guardian, was rekindled after years of lost contact, but Jayson remains oblivious to her dual life. Despite her lethal abilities, Bullet's personality is marked by a calm demeanor, loyalty, and a love for dancing.
